Refund Policy
Returns We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@asliceofvinylrecordshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Return shipping Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we've made an error with your order.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Pre-orders Pre-orders are ordered specifically on your behalf and can be cancelled for a full refund, minus a £1 administration fee to cover processing costs, up to 14 days before the release date. Within 14 days of the release date, pre-orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable as the item will have already been ordered from our supplier. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
Vinyl condition Please note that some vintage or second-hand vinyl may show signs of wear consistent with age. Any such items will be clearly described in the product listing.
