Who We Are

A Slice Of Vinyl is Gosport’s only independent record shop, situated on the ever-growing Stoke Road—a strip full of brilliant independent businesses.

We bring music, books, events, and a strong, music-loving community into one inclusive space. Built and run full-time by partners Kieron & Emma, A Slice Of Vinyl was a giant leap of faith, powered by a passion for music and a drive to create a space people genuinely want to spend time in.

Owner - Kieron

Kieron is a jazz lover, past drummer, pre-loved hunter with a (mostly) healthy music obsession. You'll find him at the front desk drinking tea and hip shaking to whatever music we have on that day. A Slice Of Vinyl was born on Gosport market through Kieron's passion for physical media and has grown into a family run business in a bricks and mortar shop!

Owner - Emma

Emma is the queen of pop culture, new release & pre-order sorter and general behind the scenes wizard. While she makes a rare appearance at the front desk, you'll always hear her singing away or shouting at her laptop from out back.

Shop Staff: James

James is part time shop floor assistant, part time rock star - often gigging with his many bands! When he's not travelling up and down the UK, he's behind the front desk shouting about his love for Deftones to anyone that'll listen.

Shop Staff: Ally

Ally is a Saturday staple - she has a love for Olivia Dean, Tyler The Creator & Arctic Monkeys! With her vast music taste the Saturday playlist is a whole journey!

Shop Staff: Louisa

Louisa is the OG of A Slice Of Vinyl, and has been with us since the very beginning! Although she's not here on the regular, she always pops back for the big moments, including Record Store Day or just to catch up with her customers she's missed.
